Total Case Management are now offering a service to those clients with or without a case manager for safeguarding and personnel investigations.
Managing teams of support staff can be fraught with difficulties and allegations can be made within teams which causes upset and teams not working in a cohesive manner. This could be caused for example by bullying, harassment or staff just not following care plans and instruction. Staff may be suspended for periods of time which is costly and for those teams who do not have a case manager it can be very difficult, time consuming and again costly for solicitors to gather information to make an informed decision.
We are able to act quickly and in a timely manner to bring investigations to a conclusion, providing gathered evidence, statements and a balanced, unbiased opinion.
Steve has 26 years’ experience as a Police officer, he is a very experienced Registered Accredited Detective and has been specifically trained in, Criminal investigations, Joint Agency partnerships, Achieving Best Evidence, Child Protection and Investigating Sexual Offences.
He will initially Identify whether the matter is criminal or one of misconduct. If it is a criminal matter an informed decision will be made as to the next course of action taking into account the needs and wishes of the client but maintaining their best interests. If it is a misconduct matter, all the evidence will be collated and time and date recorded to ensure its integrity. A detailed report will be provided to the solicitors with recommended outcomes, for example: welfare, training or discipline to enable them to make an informed decision.
