Case Managers & Registered Manager

Heather Lodge

I am mum to two sons, grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren and owner of a much-loved dog called Casper, who keeps life entertaining!

I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1989 and spent 18 years working within the NHS as both an Occupational Therapist and Brain Injury Co-ordinator. Since then, I have dedicated many years to case management, establishing Total Case Management Limited (TCM) in 2008. As a highly experienced Case Manager, I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and am a member of both the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) and the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM). I remain passionate about helping individuals and families navigate their rehabilitation journey and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Sebastian Amann

Hi there, my name is Seb and I have been a Case Manager since 2022. Before this, I spent several years working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS across a range of clinical specialities.

Outside of work, I like to spend my time playing sports like padel, watching my favourite sports club Liverpool, or looking to book my next travel adventure - I hope to go back to Japan soon for some skiing!

I also spent my childhood growing up in the Middle East and I am half-French!

Louise Goodall

I am mum to Joe and Libby, who may both be grown up now (with Libby at university), but still very much need their mum! Outside of work, I volunteer with a local amateur football team using my Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy qualification, and I am also an elected member of my local council, where I enjoy supporting residents and helping to resolve local issues.

I have been a Case Manager for over eight years and have spent that time with TCM. Coming from a nursing background, I found my way into case management by accident, but it quickly became a profession I love. No two days are the same. Some days are highly clinical, while others involve completely different challenges and opportunities. I pride myself on being approachable, a good listener, and someone who builds strong, positive relationships with clients and their families. I also enjoy being part of a team, whether that's supporting clients to achieve their goals or working alongside others towards a shared success

Hazel Blundell

I am a Clinical Case Manager, qualified Social Worker and Best Interests Assessor (BIA) with more than 20 years of experience supporting people with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and other complex needs. I am also a Welsh speaker.

Alongside my professional experience, I have personal experience supporting close family members living with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities and autism. This has given me a genuine understanding of the challenges that individuals and families can face. I am passionate about helping people access the right support, maximise their independence and achieve the best possible quality of life.

Outside of work, I am a busy mum to two young children, so I understand the importance of balancing family life with the need for practical, person-centred support. I enjoy spending time outdoors, making the most of nature and exploring the countryside whenever we can.

Karen Whitaker

I am a qualified children's nurse and mum to grown-up children. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, watching live music and supporting Everton Football Club.

For more than five years, I have worked as a Rehabilitation Case Manager, supporting both children and adults following brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries. What I enjoy most about my role is getting to know each individual and their family, understanding what matters most to them, and finding creative and practical ways to help them achieve their goals. My nursing background, combined with experience supporting people of all ages, allows me to bring clinical expertise, compassion and a genuinely person-centred approach to rehabilitation.

Collette

Collette Tipton

I am a happily married mum of two and proud grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, walking, cycling and socialising with family and friends.

This September marks ten years with TCM, where I proudly serve as Compliance Manager, Registered Manager and Nominated Individual with the CQC. I am passionate about maintaining high standards of care and professionalism and take great pride in supporting both our team and the people we work with. I am often described as caring, reliable and loyal, with a good sense of humour, qualities that I value just as much in my personal life as I do in my professional role.
